By using our website or hiring Raíces Digitales LLC, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide website design, bilingual content creation, domain setup, and related digital services as outlined in your project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate content, photos, and business information.

• You confirm you own the rights to any images or text you submit.

• Delays in providing content may delay your project timeline.

Revisions

Each project includes one revision round unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Remaining payment is due upon project completion, prior to website publishing or transfer.

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Ownership

• You own your site content once the project is completed and paid in full.

• Raíces Digitales retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Hosting downtime

• Platform outages (Wix, Google Sites, Squarespace)

• Loss of access due to client-side password issues

• Legal compliance of your business content (claims, prices, service descriptions, etc.)

We design your site, but you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business information.
