Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of website design, all payments made for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• No design work has begun, and

• You request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment.

​

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

​

If a project is paused due to lack of client response after 30 days, the project may be closed with no refund.
